Problems with browser security settings
Fixing registration, sign in and access to our tools and calculators
We’ve moved most of our tools and calculators over to MoneyHelper, but for now Budget Planner and Money Manager are still part of the Money Advice Service. You can access your saved plans using your Money Advice Service sign in details, but some browsers have extra security settings that might prevent this.
We expect Budget Planner and Money Manager to move over to MoneyHelper very soon.
In the meantime, to use the tool, access your saved plan, or register and save a new one you should:
- Check that you are not using private browsing or incognito mode on your browser
- Check your browser cookie settings to make sure that you allow ‘cross-site tracking’ or ‘3rd party cookies’
